I had a strange noise when turning and applying brakes in my car and booked an appointment. Viraj got me in the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and it turned out to be just one loose nut. He fixed it on the spot and I got my car back working perfectly. Very genuine, honest and no nonsense !! fair pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Viraj is AMAZING. Can't speak highly enough of him. He is an expert in his field, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, has excellent communication and fair pricing. Highly recommended. Tried different mechanics and dealerships and to this point in time, none like Viraj. He is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I am a very happy customer ( already been there many times with different European cars) and I wish all the mechanics could be like him. Thank you !!!

Top-Tier Service from Start to Finish!
Absolutely amazing experience! Viraj went above and beyond with his service — he even took photos of the faulty parts before the repair and provided a well-detailed report so everything was 💯 transparent. If only I can give 6 or 10 stars here for the Viraj and his team.

Outstanding shop, great systematic process to identify the issue which was spot on and repairs were perfect. Was Super complex for my limited understanding so best to take it to you Viraj in those instances.

Best in NZ for an Audi work !!

Have unfortunately had to take my car in to Viraj a few times this year and every time he has gone above and beyond! Always gave me a thorough diagnosis and a fair price, along with a courtesy car when I needed it. Great experience all around!

I had a pre-purchase inspection completed for a car I was interested in. The whole process was easy to organise, smooth and very efficient. They completed the service at the car owners house and provided a report with photos after it was finished.
